Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.Your future team**- We're hiring a People Operations Associate, reporting to the People Operations Lead. You are a People Operations Associate with a background in Recruiting and Pre-Hire administrative support.

What you'll do:

You will develop lasting relationships within Atlassian with recruiters, interviewers and the hiring managers
You will partner with Recruiters to support them in screening and scheduling interviews
You will provide Pre-Hire administrative support
You will improve the integrity of data in our Applicant Tracking System
You will share your awesome ideas to the team and collaborate on impactful projects

Your background:

You have at least 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition support
You have excellent verbal and written English skills
You experienced supporting global teams
You love technology and have experienced working with HR Systems (Workday, ICiMs)
