Previous experience in a similar role, preferably 1-2 years.

High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; bachelor's degree is a plus.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong convincing power and the ability to attract and engage customers effectively.

Flexibility to adjust working hours during seasonal days or as required.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant calling tools.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team.

Job Responsibilities

Initiate outbound calls to potential customers and deliver persuasive sales pitches.

Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Understand customer needs and tailor conversations to promote our products/services effectively.

Answer customer queries and provide accurate information.

Achieve set targets and meet sales goals on a regular basis.

Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products/services to address customer concerns and objections.

Document customer interactions and update relevant information in the database.

Collaborate with team members to develop effective calling strategies and share best practices.


Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher


Salary:
₹12, ₹17,000.00 per month
