_Job Description_
- Setting up the Dies & Punches to form and shape sheet metal components based on the material thickness, type and bending force requirement standards.
- To load and unload materials to and from the machine and must be able to adjust machine settings to achieve the desired results
- Maintain accurate records of production records
- Responsible for safe and efficient operation of press brake machines
- Inspect and maintain machine for conformance with safety requirements
- Inspect all manufactured parts following work in process inspection methods and ensure to accomplish engineering specifications
- Perform Daily & Weekly Maintenance of machine
Skills / Requirements_
- Diploma or Equivalent qualification required
- Ability to read, follow and document work instructions, SOPs and training documents
- Knowledge of various tooling; Mechanical Aptitude
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 20kgs, bend and stoop
- Adherence of safety and quality standards
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Must possess minimum 2years experience in CNC Press Brake/Bending Machine
Salary & Benefits_
- Salary
- Rs. 18,000/month to Rs. 22,000/month
- Regular Employment 9am to 6pm job with 1hr rest intervals
- ESI, Statutory Annual Bonus, Increments, Overtime & Incentives
- Food
- Lunch shall be provided
- Shared Accommodation shall be provided (Rs. 1000/month)
Salary:
₹18, ₹22,000.00 per month
