Responsibilities:

  • Assists project consultants in configuration of ITSM and database systems.
  • Carry out periodic onsite maintenance services to existing customers.
  • Provide remote help to customers via mail, web portal or telephone.
  • Manage the configuration and operation of clientbased computer operating systems.
  • Documenting any processes which employees need to follow in order to successfully work within our computing system.
  • Work with the escalation teams to resolve service issues.
  • Monitoring system performance to ensure everything runs smoothly and securely.
  • Ensuring data is stored securely and backed up regularly.
  • Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution

Requirements:


  • Relevant degree or diploma in Information systems or information technology.
  • Must be able to communicate well in English.
  • Adaptable to new challenges and new technologies.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • He/She must be a Team Player.
Skills

  • Strong grasp of linux eco system. being comfortable managing both linux
based servers & desktop (ex. debian, ubuntu, redhat)

  • Basic knowledge of git, networking, firewall, DNS, SSL/TLS, nginx, apache
  • Basic knowledge of docker
  • Basic knowledge of any cloud platform (ex. AWS, Azure)
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and database operations.

Job Types:
Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
₹10,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:
