Roles and Responsibilities
- Should be able to handle walkin customers and oncall.
- Adherence to the administrative process & policies of the organization is a must.
- Ability to understand the needs & interests of the customers and cater to the same.
- To guide & provide the customers with all the required information about what our company does and what we provide.
- Should be able to solve the queries of the customers as well as handle the customers in a cooperative & efficient way.
- Should be able to acquire new customers through referencing.
- Keeping the existing customers updated with their current account details.
- Should have good communication skills.
Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
