Job Description:


  • Drive Business Development within Automotive industry for the Sustainability domain with our existing clients, as well as by winning new clients
  • Responsible for responding to RFI/RFPs, preparing proactive pitches, solutioning and planning for project deliveries
  • Lead and deliver Sustainability advisory projects, and demonstrate value to our clients. Be vigilant to identify opportunities for project extensions, or for new projects
  • Prepare comprehensive recommendations and action plans for accounts
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams across India and Global Invent
  • Develop and demonstrate thought leadership via authoring points of view, white papers, etc.

Primary Skills:

years experience, of which majority has been working directly in Auto OEMs/Tier 1's. Consulting experience is valued

  • Must have a strong understanding of, and handson experience of driving Circularity via new business models, waste reduction, recycling, etc.
  • Ability to quickly absorb complex concepts and frameworks, and effectively and simply articulate these to client or internal stakeholders
  • Self driven and entrepreneurial, keen to develop and grow new business

Secondary Skills:


  • Strong program management skills, particularly in complex international setup
  • Ability to network with, and influence stakeholders at a leadership level
  • Master's degree in Management, Engineering or related disciplines
