vii. Helping Finideas team for better coordination

b. Webinar / Seminar Event support

i. Planning the Event

ii. Targeting the customers

iii. Inviting them

iv. Making Presentations

v. Delivering Presentation

vi. Keeping the records of registered, attended, and followed up customers

vii. Helping Team for better presentation

viii. Handling online Presentation

ix. Keeping the records of all the action

c. Reporting

i. Keeping regular attendance

ii. Entering all the activities in CRM Software

d. Visiting outside

i. Meeting customers outside

ii. Completing their registration, banking, trading, and reporting related procedures

iii. Keeping records of all the outside visits

e. Meeting and Training

i. Attending all the Team meetings of Finideas timely

ii. Attending webinar meetings timely

iii. Attending Training programs regularly

iv. Keeping records of all the meetings and training.

f. Website, Software, and Back Office Testing

i. Testing current website, software, and back-office

ii. Finding Bugs and helping developers to resolve the issues

iii. Implementation of new versions

g. Existing Investor Support

i. Query resolution

ii. Fees collection reminder

iii. Advisory Management (tracking opportunities)

h. Research and Service Innovation

i. New product research (Data Research)

ii. Identify and implement improvement in client services (Reports, Performance report, Fees collection Etc.)


Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Business development: 1 year (preferred)
  • Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

  • Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Language:


  • English (preferred)
