    Description

    Moody's Investors Service (MIS) has a team called Regulatory Support and Controls (RSC) that assists in meeting Regulatory Obligations and Managing Risk to achieve strategic goals.

    RSC is seeking a Financial Data Associate to join the Gurgaon MIS Support Center (MSC) team to support the Document Management Group.

    The Document Management Group ensures that all credit file documents comply with MIS Record Retention Policy and Procedures.

    This role requires a deep understanding of MIS Record Retention Policy, Processes, Moody's Document Management databases, and analytical applications.

    As a Financial Data Associate, you will be responsible for understanding and supporting document retention processes, monitoring mailboxes, and resolving issues raised by Analysts and LOB delegates.


    Responsibilities:

    • Support established processes for navigating data environments and uploading documents
    • Investigate and resolve inquiries from stakeholders
    • Handle ad-hoc process requests and escalate issues
    • Provide high-quality service to analysts and business partners
    • Update process documentations and recommend efficiency improvements
    • Develop knowledge of tools and operating environment

    Qualifications:

    • Recent Graduate, post-graduation degree is a plus
    • Up to 12-15 months' experience in financial industry
    • Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Outlook
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Resourceful, proactive, and committed to process improvement
    • Organized, efficient, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Strong interpersonal skills, team player
