Roles and Responsibilities:

Interacting with customers through calls.
Making outbound calls to the customers to address their concerns.
Dealing with customer issues and churning out an easytofollow solution.
Handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner
Taking follow up with customer and internal team.
Good with patience and soft skills.
Maintain a log of all customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Handling irate customer

Eligibility Criteria:

Any Undergraduate/ Graduate
Work experience 12 Years
Comfortable with 24/7 Rotational Shifts
Comfortable with voice process
Comfortable with Noida Location
Good English communication skills
Preferred Languages: English, Hindi,
No MTI

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Salary:
₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
