Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Interacting with customers through calls.
- Making outbound calls to the customers to address their concerns.
- Dealing with customer issues and churning out an easytofollow solution.
- Handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner
- Taking follow up with customer and internal team.
- Good with patience and soft skills.
- Maintain a log of all customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Handling irate customer
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Undergraduate/ Graduate
- Work experience 12 Years
- Comfortable with 24/7 Rotational Shifts
- Comfortable with voice process
- Comfortable with Noida Location
- Good English communication skills
- Preferred Languages: English, Hindi,
- No MTI
Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
Salary:
₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
