Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Interacting with customers through calls.
  • Making outbound calls to the customers to address their concerns.
  • Dealing with customer issues and churning out an easytofollow solution.
  • Handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner
  • Taking follow up with customer and internal team.
  • Good with patience and soft skills.
  • Maintain a log of all customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Handling irate customer

Eligibility Criteria:


  • Any Undergraduate/ Graduate
  • Work experience 12 Years
  • Comfortable with 24/7 Rotational Shifts
  • Comfortable with voice process
  • Comfortable with Noida Location
  • Good English communication skills
  • Preferred Languages: English, Hindi,
  • No MTI

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher


Salary:
₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
