Salary - 25k to 30k
Administrative Officer requirements are:
- Any Graduate
- 3+ years' experience of working on an Administrative Officer or other similar position
- Significant experience of organizing office procedures
- Good practical experience with office management software like MS Office
- Strong problemsolving and organization skills
- Excellent communication skills with close attention to detail
- Spoken Hindi knowledge will be an added advantage
Administrative Officer responsibilities are:
- Control and organize office supplies stock
- Schedule inhouse and external events٫ maintain calendar and book meeting rooms
- Manage important and confidential company documents
- Manage Vendor databases
- Procure materials at competitive prices
- Provide support to employees
- Review and update office policies as needed
- Create reports on expenses and office budgets٫ on a regular basis
- Arrange travels and accommodations
- Create reports and presentations as applicable
- Be in charge of overall security, housekeeping and facility management
