Hiring for Admin Officer

Location - Ayanambakkam, Madhuravoyal

Only for Male

Salary - 25k to 30k


Administrative Officer requirements are:


  • Any Graduate
  • 3+ years' experience of working on an Administrative Officer or other similar position
  • Significant experience of organizing office procedures
  • Good practical experience with office management software like MS Office
  • Strong problemsolving and organization skills
  • Excellent communication skills with close attention to detail
  • Spoken Hindi knowledge will be an added advantage

Administrative Officer responsibilities are:


  • Control and organize office supplies stock
  • Schedule inhouse and external events٫ maintain calendar and book meeting rooms
  • Manage important and confidential company documents
  • Manage Vendor databases
  • Procure materials at competitive prices
  • Provide support to employees
  • Review and update office policies as needed
  • Create reports on expenses and office budgets٫ on a regular basis
  • Arrange travels and accommodations
  • Create reports and presentations as applicable
  • Be in charge of overall security, housekeeping and facility management

Job Types:
Permanent, Full-time


Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
