We are hiring for Customer Service Role for International BPOLocation will be Mumbai
Malad, Chandivali, Powai, Thane, Vikroli and Airoli
Openings for shifts such as US, UK and AUS
US - 5:30pm to 10:30am any 9 hours.
UK - 11:30am to 3:00am any 9 hours.
AUS - 3:oopm to 3:00am any 9 hours.
Minimum Qualification - HSC / GRADUATE Freshers can apply.
Experience :
HSC + MIN 6 months
GRADUATE + MIN 6 months
Salary:
Ranges from 14k up to 35k
- Handle Customer Inquiries and Issue Via Calls.
- Provide information about services and resolve Customer Complaints.
- Maintain Accurate and Detailed Customer Interaction Records.

2 rotaional week off.
