Working shift:
Work From Office and in Rotational Shift
Should be ready to work on weekends as per Roster and public holidays as per business requirements.
Actively participate in Webinars on digital platforms or Conduct Seminars on medical topics if required.
Teleconsultation through Portal:
Utilizing dedicated New Doctor Portal on Laptop/Tab/Mobile for teleconsultation and prescription generation.
Prescription Insurance:
Prescribe medications or treatment plans, ensure accuracy, clarity and adherence to legal and ethical guidelines.
Maintain patient confidentiality
Qualification
A valid M.B.B.S degree is mandatory.
Registered Medical Practitioner with a valid Registration within the respective state
Minimum four years of clinical experience required.
Budget for this role: 8 LPA
Skills:
Sound Medical Knowledge.
Detail-oriented.
Familiarity with various healthcare laws, rules, and regulations.
Excellent communication skills, including empathy and active listening.
Language skills:
Fluency with at least 2 languages(Hindi, English). Knowledge of any additional languages is an advantage.
Salary:
₹650, ₹800,000.00 per year
