Needs to be based at a residential project in Ponneri - Chennai (Stay & Food will be provided)

Managing overall services and operations for a project in Ponneri, Chennai.
Monitoring, Supervision, and Inspection of daytoday operations at the property basis business guidelines
Responsible for managing task delegation received for the property by the tenants or assigned by the central team based in Mumbai.
Ensuring fulfillment of all customerrelated service requests or escalations.
Responsible for setting up & furnishing properties by coordinating with local vendors/suppliers
Maintaining relationship with tenants & local staff/team
On ground sales and marketing execution whenever needed
Setting up a network of local vendors in the desired location basis operational requirements
Ensuring compliances and documentation as needed by the business
