Description
Manage the end-to-end process of sales orders, from receipt to fulfilment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

  • Generate and distribute accurate and timely invoices to customers based on sales orders, contracts, or service agreements.
  • Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up with customers to collect outstanding payments within specified payment terms.
  • Review and reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies or billing errors.
  • Prepare and maintain accounts receivable records, including customer account balances and payment history.
  • Coordinate with various departments, including sales, procurement, logistics, and finance, to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Assist in the preparation of periodic financial reports, including accounts receivable aging reports, cash flow projections,
  • Managing accounts receivables on the behalf of our customers and proper followup on timely manner.
  • Maintain relationships with key customers and suppliers, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints, disputes, or issues related to sales, delivery, or product quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance/Commerce or MBA.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the finance or accounts department.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience working with tally or any other management software.
  • Knowledge of commercial and basic accounts or finance related day to day work.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
