- Achieving target set by Head Office
- Completing all the Compliances of CSP's
- Monitoring working process of CSP's
- Opening & setup of new CSP's if needed
- Controlling malpractices of CSP's

- Graduate/PG
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Good knowledge of local market and channels
- Ability to work with least supervision
