Job - Sales executive ( In office Sales )

Sales Target Achievement:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets within a given territory or market segment.


Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Understand their needs, provide product or service information, and address any concerns or inquiries promptly.

Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold calling, and referrals. Generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into customers.

Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
Conduct product or service presentations and demonstrations to potential customers. Showcase the features, advantages, and benefits of the offerings to persuade and close sales.

Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements with customers to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes. Close sales and secure customer commitments, contracts, or purchase orders.

Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities using a CRM system. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Market Intelligence:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Identify opportunities for product or service enhancements or new market segments.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, customer service, and product development, to align sales efforts with organizational goals.

Share customer feedback and market insights to contribute to business growth strategies.

Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and strategic partners. Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and customer retention.

Professional Development:
Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry best practices through training programs, workshops, and self-study.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong customer focus and relationshipbuilding abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends
  • Flexibility to travel as required.

Job Types:

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
