Description

The Accountant will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of monthly financial analysis reports, developing and maintaining department budgets and generating cost reports.

The incumbent will also collect pertinent information for third party audits, oversee financial reporting and operations and will be the first point of contact for accounting issues

Accounting and Reports expert - Prepare daily reports and determine appropriate accounting treatment of certain expenditures.

Complete account reconciliations at the end of each month.

Follow company's established accounting processes.

Support accounts payable activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoice creation and entry

Perform monthly bank settlements.

Regularly maintain detailed reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts

Provide detailed analyses and explanations of all transactions

Prepare documentation for external auditors

Salary processing

Statutory compliance

Manage Travel Expense Reimbursement system - ensure the expense claims are in accordance with Travel policy. Take ownership all claims.

Optimize the Technologies and Tool - Assist in review of spending requests details, process the spending request and preparing the purchase order within required timelines using the given tools and technologies.

Assist with entering invoices into the Accounts Payable System. Assist with entering Purchase into the Accounts Receivable System.

Process Driven:
Drive fair and consistent evaluation process utilizing best accounting practices.
Do the right thing by maintain necessary documentation and audits

Qualification -B Com

Experience - 3 + years in Accounting field

Location - Mumbai

Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
