Job Title:

  • Telecaller (Real Estate knowledge)

Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to potential customers using a provided script.
  • Understand and articulate product or service details to prospective clients.
  • Generate leads and maintain a database of contacts.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
  • Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team.
  • Achieve and exceed set targets for call volume and sales.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service role (12 years) with a focus on Real Estate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with relevant software, databases, and tools.
  • Ability to meet meet targets and work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Fluency in English and any additional languages is a plus.

Job Types:

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
