_About the role_
We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Agronomist/Plant Pathologist to be a key
player in our demand planning team in Indore. This role focuses on utilizing advanced crop
protection strategies, leveraging our robust database of plant disease images and metadata
from the Plantix farmer app.

Key Responsibilities_**1.


Product Expertise:
Deep understanding of the toxicity and effectiveness of various crop
protection products.

R&D and Innovation:
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in crop protection and
plant pathology.
3.


Disease Analysis:
Use Plantix app's image metadata to analyze plant diseases and
determine effective crop protection strategies for given regions in India (together with
our analytics team)
4.


Demand Forecasting:
Work with supply chain teams to predict product demand,
influenced by disease trends and product performance.

Qualifications_**- Master's degree or PhD in Agronomy, Plant Pathology, or a related field.

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in a relevant field, with emphasis on crop
protection.

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Proficient in English, with excellent communication skills.
