We have requirement for Process R&D Scientist

Identify challenges and propose alternatives that are costeffective, efficient.
Perform literature studies and evaluate data to summarise the route selection strategy and identify challenges.
Identify the cost effective routes and IP compliant routes.
Able to plan for process development and execute experiments
Develop scalable and robust processes integrating chemistry and unit operations.
Collaborate with the team to synthesise challenging impurities and to prepare degradation pathways.
Anticipate and address issues in batch failures and design the studies/experiments to resolve the issues.
Collaborate with CFTs to finalise deviation and investigation reports.
Expertise in organic chemistry with deep understanding of reaction mechanisms, by products and possible side reactions.
Understand analytical techniques.
