**Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:Conduct outbound calls to potential clients sourced through various channels, including databases, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
Introduce the company's offerings, services, and properties to engage the interest of potential buyers or sellers.


Needs Assessment:
Engage in conversations with leads to gather information about their real estate requirements, preferences, and motivations.
Qualify leads based on their readiness and willingness to proceed with buying or selling property.


Information Dissemination:
Provide detailed information about available properties, market trends, pricing, and financing options to interested leads.
Answer inquiries and address questions to build confidence and trust in the company's offerings.


Appointment Scheduling:

Identify potential clients who show strong interest in specific properties or services and schedule appointments for them with the sales agents.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up on scheduled appointments.


Database Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with leads in the CRM system.
Ensure that contact details, call outcomes, and lead status are properly documented.


Follow-Up:

Regularly follow up with leads who have shown interest but are not yet ready to proceed, nurturing the relationship and staying top-of-mind.


Achieving Targets:
Work towards achieving lead generation and appointment-setting targets set by the sales manager or team lead.


Feedback Loop:
Provide feedback to the sales team regarding lead interactions, common questions, and insights gained from phone conversations.
