Description
An experienced Brand Strategist who understands how to build brands and power growth for high-value clients in the Asian markets.
The opportunity is to work with both emerging and established brands across multiple industries from the service sector (banks, telcos, airlines) to retail, destination, and tech.
Specifically, the role would involve working with the client as well as internal creative and program management teams to Identify and understand the wants, needs, and motivations of key audiences for the brand.
We are looking for someone who can:
Responsibilities:
Develop Brand Stories and Strategies:
Use specific data to devise a short or long-term strategy to position the brand and build market share.
Deliver ideas and concepts that set brands apart from competitors, creating a strong position for market growth and recognition across various media channels.
Research & Analysis:
Understand clients' current business, competitors, marketing strategies, customer profile, and market share to develop a strong sense of strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities to improve brand positioning.
Glean insights and project trends, future possibilities, and opportunities based on the analysis.Understanding Data:
Gather and assess a wide array of qualitative and quantitative data, ranging from user experience research, google analytics, and customer feedback to surveys measuring brand engagement etc.
Write Brand Strategy Documents:
Develop the client's brand story and articulate the future strategy, building brand documents and providing guidelines to various stakeholders and departments to ensure consistency.
Presenting Strategies to Clients:
Engage and inspire audiences with findings, concepts, and ideas, working closely with clients to fine-tune messaging throughout the process.
Collaborating with Creative andDev Teams:
To aid and guide in translating the brand strategy or story cross-channel brand experiences, marketing campaigns, or internal engagement drives.
Requirements:
3-5 years of work experience in a brand development role, ideally a specialist in strategy and brand building
Excellent presentation software skills (PowerPoint / Keynote / Google Slides)
'Native' fluency in both written and spoken English. Additional regional languages are desirable, but not essential.
A desire to improve the quality of life for the customer
Salary:
₹300, ₹500,000.00 per year
