Inside Sales Executive Responsibilities:
- Maintaining longlasting relationships with
- Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through
- Developing indepth knowledge of product
- Followup inbound leads or coldcalling outbound clients
- Route inbound calls to the appropriate sales executive to assist in closing leads
- Listen and interview clients to identify their needs and suggest appropriate products to them
- Answer customer inquiry and demonstrate examples to customers to generate interest
- Welcome and greet customers and visitors to the organization
- A sincere interest in helping people;
- Bachelor's degree along with a successful sales track record, confidence in closing leads, and the ability to interact comfortably with executives;
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and very adept with technology in general;
- Strong communication (both verbal and written), problem solving, and decision making skills;
- Experience working in a high pressure deadline driven environment;
- Enthusiasm and high degree of energy;
- Excellent communication, customer service and project management skills;
- Ability to build rapport with clients;
- Highlevel of proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken;
- Must have excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills and present a professional image in person and over the phone;
- Maintaining detailed notes in our database;
- Efficient, organized, and have the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines; able to work independently;
- Demonstrated ability to take the initiative to get things done and work collaboratively with others; strong team player;
- Familiarity with CRM platforms;
- Experience in cold calling, lead generation, opportunity management.
