Inside Sales Executive Responsibilities:

  • Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through
  • Developing indepth knowledge of product
  • Followup inbound leads or coldcalling outbound clients
  • Route inbound calls to the appropriate sales executive to assist in closing leads
  • Listen and interview clients to identify their needs and suggest appropriate products to them
  • Answer customer inquiry and demonstrate examples to customers to generate interest
  • Welcome and greet customers and visitors to the organization
  • A sincere interest in helping people;
  • Bachelor's degree along with a successful sales track record, confidence in closing leads, and the ability to interact comfortably with executives;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and very adept with technology in general;
  • Strong communication (both verbal and written), problem solving, and decision making skills;
  • Experience working in a high pressure deadline driven environment;
  • Enthusiasm and high degree of energy;
  • Excellent communication, customer service and project management skills;
  • Ability to build rapport with clients;
  • Highlevel of proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken;
  • Must have excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills and present a professional image in person and over the phone;
  • Maintaining detailed notes in our database;
  • Efficient, organized, and have the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines; able to work independently;
  • Demonstrated ability to take the initiative to get things done and work collaboratively with others; strong team player;
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms;
  • Experience in cold calling, lead generation, opportunity management.
