Roles and Responsibilities

Content writing.
Develop engaging and creative content for our website, blog, social media platforms, and other digital channels.
Create multimedia content such as videos, graphics, and infographics to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Plan and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility, follower engagement, and website traffic.
Manage and maintain our social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Monitor social media channels for trending topics, industry news, and customer feedback, and respond to inquiries and comments promptly.
Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize content performance, identify trends, and inform future strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to ensure consistency in brand messaging and alignment with overall business goals.
Stay uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in content creation, social media, and digital marketing.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
Proven experience as a content creator and social media manager, preferably in [industry/related field].
Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to create highquality, engaging content.
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software.
Demonstrated knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences, as well as experience with social media management tools and analytics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities, passionate about innovation and continuous improvement.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fastpaced environment
Laptop required.

Pay:
Up to ₹7,000.00 per month
