Leads through CRM software and call the potential customer.

  • Identifying and qualifying leads through CRM Software to reach a betterment customer.

1.


Building and Maintaining Relationships:


  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and upcoming customer.
  • Establish rapport and trust with potential customers.
  • Understand the needs of customer and provide appropriate solutions.

2.


Product Knowledge:
Laser & Printer software Management software


  • Develop a deep understanding of the products offered by the company.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, and market conditions.
  • The Sales officer should be confidently attend the customer and queries.

3.


Demo Booking:

Based on the customer convenient book the demo online /direct with details of stitching any patterns in the demo. Once customer complete the demo get the feedback and discussion about any doubts/queries.


4.


Sales Proposals and Quotations:


  • Prepare and present proposals outlining the terms and conditions of sales agreements.
  • Provide accurate and timely quotations to potential customer.

5.


Negotiation:


  • Do not negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements.
  • Work to reach mutually beneficial agreements with Customer as per the company policies.
  • Addressing any concerns or objections that potential customers may have and providing appropriate responses to overcome these objections.
6.


Follow-Up:


  • Follow up with prospective customers who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase, nurturing leads through the sales process until a sale is closed.

7.


Closing Deals:


  • Sales officer successfully close sales and secure agreements.
  • Handle the necessary paperwork and documentation related to closing the deals.

Sales Forecasting:


  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the sales manager.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics with the BDE.
9.


Meeting Sales Targets:

Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the organization, often through a combination of lead generation, conversion, and up selling techniques.

Maintaining Records:

Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers, including details of conversations, inquiries, and sales transactions, using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.


11.


Customer Service:


  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to Customer after the sale is completed.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns or issues promptly.

12.


Collaboration with Other Departments:


  • Work closely with digital marketing, product development, and customer Service and support teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer satisfaction and business growth.
13.


Feedback:


  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences, market trends, and opportunities for improvement in sales strategies and processes.
14.


Time Management:


  • Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks, follow up on leads promptly, and meet deadlines while maintaining quality interactions with customers.

Professionalism:

Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times, adhering to company policies and ethical standards in all interactions with customers and colleagues.


Pay:
From ₹15,000.00 per month
