Job Details:
Experienced architectural draftsman to handle bigger scale housing
, commercial projects.

*Preparation of detailed working drawings (Center line, Setting Out, Plans Elevations Sections Etc)

*Preparation of EC Drawings ( FSI, Non FSI Calculations, Carpet Area Calculations as per Rera )

*Should have knowledge of Municipal Drawing as well.


Responsibilities and Duties

Required Skills:


  • Should have good knowledge of Auto Cad.
  • Should have knowledge of Sketch up.

Experience:

  • Minimum 6 Years Maximum 15 Years of relevant Experience.

Qualification :

  • Diploma in Architectural Draftsman

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Pune , Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

  • Diploma (preferred)
