What you might be doing on a typical day:

  • Maintain and support customer cases and inquiries through satisfactory completion
  • Wow customers with your ability to answer their questions and solve their problems with professionalism
  • Ultimately you will provide excellent customer service that keeps the customer coming back

The basic stuff you'll need:

  • Superior customer service skills and team work
  • Ability to solve complex situational problems and independently make decisions based on available information and experience
  • Exceptional written business communication skills
  • Computer savvy with Microsoft office skills
  • Higher secondary school certification required, college degree preferred
  • The passion and drive to make a difference
  • Experience in a service industry such as BPO, call center, hospitality, retail or other customer serviceoriented organization preferred
  • Should have a broadband connection with minimum speed of 15 MBPS.

Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
