Description
We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Professional.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct active cold calling to reach out to potential B2B clients, introduce our products and services, and generate leads for further followup and conversion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors, ensuring effective communication and understanding of their requirements and expectations.
- Understand and implement the current SOPs for B2B client acquisition, ensuring a seamless and efficient process from lead generation to client onboarding.
- Collaborate with core team members to develop and execute new acquisition models, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion in the market.
- Managing our current B2B network and converting current clients for more integrated offerings.
- Conduct market research to identify potential collaboration opportunities with brands that have a high synergy in the health and wellness sector. Formulate and present compelling proposals to potential partners.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Proven ability to work effectively to tight deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Proven experience in client and vendor interaction, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Comfortable with active cold calling and generating leads.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good knowledge in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Timeline orientated, with decision making and problemsolving abilities.
- Knowledge of the health and wellness sector and experience in conducting market research is an advantage.

₹240, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
