Responsibilities:

SME with 3 to 4 years of experience in Command Center/NOC monitoring(Level 1.5)
L- Knowledge of monitoring an alert, ensuring event correlation, checking for incident creation and performing basic troubleshooting.
Should have Knowledge of Azure monitoring tools

Tools Knowledge :
Adobe Analytics / Grafana/ Qualtrics user journey/Service Now - Would be an added advantage
