JOB DESCRIPTION-

Outbound Sales Calls:Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products, promotions, and value propositions.

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective communication and probing to understand customer needs.

Product Knowledge:Develop a comprehensive understanding of our e-commerce platform, product catalog, and pricing to effectively communicate benefits and features to customers.

Sales Pitch:Create and deliver persuasive sales pitches tailored to customer interests and needs.

Closing Deals: Work towards achieving sales targets by effectively closing sales and processing customer orders.

Customer Relationship Building: Build rapport with customers, address their inquiries, and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, including call notes and order details.

Feedback and Reporting: Provide valuable feedback on customer responses, market trends, and opportunities for improvement to the sales and marketing teams.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills in English and one or more regional languages.
- Selfdriven, ambitious, and goaloriented with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools (training will be provided).
