Customer Relationship Executive - Cannanore, India - Legacy TVS
Description
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to manage our relationships with our customers and ensure that they are satisfied with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and address their queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and requirements and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on all customer inquiries.
- Achieving sales targets and objectives as set by the Sales Manager
- Keep uptodate with industry trends and best practices to provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Fresher
- 1 Years experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Kannur are only preferred.
Job Types:

Salary:
₹8, ₹15,000.00 per month
