We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to manage our relationships with our customers and ensure that they are satisfied with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and address their queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on all customer inquiries.
  • Achieving sales targets and objectives as set by the Sales Manager
  • Keep uptodate with industry trends and best practices to provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Fresher
  • 1 Years experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Kannur are only preferred.

Job Types:
Full-time, Fresher


Salary:
₹8, ₹15,000.00 per month
