D eliverables (Maximum 5-6 key responsibilities)- The job holder will be responsible to coordinate with different teams and ensure that all reports (including CSITE returns) are thoroughly verified and validated for timely submission to Regulators

Maintain a repository of all reports submitted and collection of information sought by Regulators during multiple audits.
Has to support other functions to have thorough understanding of new reporting structures.
Has to assist Head of Compliance during RBI supervision, ongoing correspondence with various regulators.
Must have complete oversight of RBI reporting to ensure adherence to regulatory norms.
Create and maintain SOPs for all reportings.
D emonstrate (Key competencies)
Knowledge of instructions issued by RBI on Banking.
Liaison skills, public relations and good communication skills
Inclination to shoulder responsibilities
Good knowledge of Excel; Knowledge of SQL would be an added advantage

Decision Level

Prime: Final Decision Making authority, accountable to the Management
Adherence to the regulatory prescription of RBI
Regular and adhoc reporting to the Regulators
Reporting non

- compliance to Board

Represent Airtel in RBI Audits
Training on RBI Regulatory compliances

Coordination with the teams across the Bank for regulatory reporting

Makes a major contribution to a decision or policy judgment reached by others- Guidance to product managers and various team members on reporting related issues.

Educational Level

Post Graduate preferably in Banking related courses
