As a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) at Pranav Creations Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for fostering positive relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products/services.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively seeking opportunities to enhance their experience with our company.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients through regular communication, responsiveness, and personalised attention.

Customer Support: Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner, striving for prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.

Lead Generation: Lead generation should be there for customer acquisition through google, justdial, indiamart and referrals.

Account Management: Manage client accounts effectively, ensuring accurate record-keeping, contract renewals, and adherence to service agreements.

Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products/services to existing clients, maximising revenue potential and enhancing client value.

Feedback Collection: Proactively gather feedback from clients to understand their needs, preferences, and areas for improvement, and relay this information to the relevant departments for action.

Client Retention: Develop and implement strategies to enhance client retention rates, including loyalty programs, special offers, and proactive outreach initiatives.

Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align client needs with company offerings and contribute to the development of targeted marketing campaigns and product enhancements.

Reporting: Generate regular reports on client satisfaction, account activity, and revenue performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. (preferred)
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management or a similar clientfacing role and fashion industry experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and a customercentric mindset.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Pay:
₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
