Roles and Responsibilities

Data Management
Managing the large pool of database which will be acquired from open market drives, various academic institutions and vocational training centers

  • Developing and managing partnerships or associations with educational institutes, training centers and data contributor for building a future data pool.
  • Planning and executing data acquisition plan to conduct various campus job drives, campus engagement drives, and job fairs events which can be virtual and physical in presence.
  • Ensuring the supply of leads and data which would be in demands from various internal departments.
  • Analyse the related reports of the departments to observe trends and introduce improvements

Digital Marketing
Creating and managing social media presence of the organisation and managing its portfolio virtually.

  • Identifying right job portals and advertising the necessary requirement as per client's specification.
  • Designing, developing social media creatives and ensuring the better leads generated by posting them.
  • Data acquisition and lead generation strategies, marketing strategies and go to market plans while collaborating with various business units.
  • Overall accountable for generating highquality leads, critical to quality and data in demand.

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:
