Key Responsibilities:


  • Codevelops and implements an effective sourcing strategy
  • Has knowledge of how to use the various sourcing channels
  • Knows how to use sourcing tools and technology
  • Is able to build and maintain a talent pool that can meet the company's future hiring needs
  • Keeps track of predefined sourcing metrics and reports on them
  • Follows up on employee referrals

Qualifications and Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in any field. (required)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload
effectively.

  • High level of integrity and professionalism, maintaining confidentiality and treating
