DataBuzz are recruiting a Techno Functional SME looking to have experience of SaaS and Renewal Process (RELA - renewal ELA) well and know building the BI reports in SAP BI/Power BI/Tableau and experience of SFDC Pipeline automation, SAP BI reporting automation, Pipeline hygiene and renewals in opportunity management.

You will be responsible for definition, implementation, and optimization of renewals sales processes.

You will work with management and business teams to help identify significant process automation & optimization opportunities that will enable and establish next generation for running the renewals sales business.

You will align to different business functions building positive relationships across teams.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Engage with business stakeholders to translate business issues, pain points into Business requirements, user stories that can be easily understood, developed, and delivered.
  • Drive major process reengineering efforts by leading business owners to define future state processes by conducting process design/ requirements workshops. Map existing processes; lead definition of tobe processes.
  • Define/document business requirements to achieve "to be" state. Including processes, procedures, policies, process maps, etc. all these in teamwork with the different business partners.
  • Lead multiple sales operations improvement projects across the globe and watch for a timely execution and sent communications.
  • Collaborate with Business and IT to define roadmap to reach tobe state Review, recommend and implement industrystandard tools as appropriate to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Responsible for team communication and engagement with sales leader and different operational teams.
  • Work with the IT Partner to execute all our project and assure the quality of the different process and system changes
  • Innovating by building new business process controls to assure data process integrity.
  • Support multiple regions across the globe for that will require to have schedule flexibility to cover multiple business needs.
  • Coordinate and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) efforts to drive for a successful deployment.
  • Coordinate and Support Process Documentation, to make sure all processes are document and define by go live.
  • Training might need to be delivered when required.

You'll need below Qualifications/Experiences/Skills to succeed.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial engineering or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience as a project manager, process manager or similar positions
  • PMI or equivalent or similar certification is a huge advantage.
  • Strong expertise in
    Process Reengineering, Process Optimization, Process Standardization and Automation, and exposure to Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Experience of working with SAP or Oracle ERP systems.
  • Working knowledge of Analytics/Business Intelligence / Data Warehousing projects with an overall understanding of different components involved and its overall architecture.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Visio, Project, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge on SAP, Miro, IBM Blue works is a plus.
  • Knowledge on SFDC and CPQ is a plus.
  • Experience building crafting business process, procedures, process maps and business policies.
  • Ability to transform business ideas into processes and transform them into business projects.
  • Able to operate in an Agile development methodology.
  • Selfstarter, motivated individual and able to lead the team through ambiguous situations.
  • Able to do multitasking and supporting multiple projects at the time.
