Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective students from a provided list or through lead generation.
Build rapport with students/parents and identify their needs.
Present and explain our products or services to students/parents.
Answer students/parents questions and address any concerns.
Achieve sales targets and other performance metrics.
Maintain accurate records of students' interactions and transactions in our system.
Follow up with students to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business.
Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals.
Stay uptodate with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive products.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus.
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable working with technology, including CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Flexibility to work in shifts if required.
