Total experience of 8 years in IT with 2+ years experience in Systrack Should have experience in performing below activities 1.

Implementation / Administration of Systrack analytics tool. 2. Installing and Configuring Portal servers for Lakeside SysTrack. 3. Ability to create configurations and rules for capturing Data from the endpoints 4. Creating and using SysTrack dashboard to provide the analytical results. 5. Proactively monitor the alarms and alerts from Lakeside SysTrack and Integrating with ServiceNow. 6. Proven Experience of working with SQL query and PowerShell scripting. 7. Good understanding of Endpoint Management tools and reporting. 8. Good knowledge of Windows operating system/ Windows server OS Services and usage. 9. Good understanding of Computer Hardware and its computing resources. 10. Quick Learner good understanding of tools that work on client server architecture. 11. Should Coordinate/facilitate product and feature trainings/updates/knowledge sharing.
