As a Business Process Analyst, you'll be responsible for the following:

  • Development of new key business reporting
  • Establish, create, analyze reports relevant to Operations functions
  • Lead the migration of existing manual reports to an automated state
  • Work with business partners to ensure consistency in processes across LOBs
  • Propose process reengineering solutions to resolve current process breaks and identify areas of opportunity for improvement
  • Work in an environment that offers a wide degree of creativity and latitude with the expectation of high performance and results
  • Lead groups and process improvement initiatives
  • 35 years' experience highly desired; focus on data analytics and project management
  • Must have 23 years of experience using Alteryx and Tableau Desktop
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI desired
  • Advance skills in MS Office
  • Excellent analytical skills with close attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and people skills used to drive self and teams to get tasks completed
  • Demonstrate organizational skills and ability to handle working within strict timelines
  • Ability to work in a highpaced environment, be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize, and prioritize work
  • Ability to effectively interact with all levels of business
  • Be a team player who shows commitment and dedication while maintaining a positive attitude and high level of performance on high profile/timesensitive initiatives
