Description

As a Business Process Analyst, you'll be responsible for the following:

Development of new key business reporting
Establish, create, analyze reports relevant to Operations functions
Lead the migration of existing manual reports to an automated state
Work with business partners to ensure consistency in processes across LOBs
Propose process reengineering solutions to resolve current process breaks and identify areas of opportunity for improvement
Work in an environment that offers a wide degree of creativity and latitude with the expectation of high performance and results
Lead groups and process improvement initiatives
35 years' experience highly desired; focus on data analytics and project management
Must have 23 years of experience using Alteryx and Tableau Desktop
Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI desired
Advance skills in MS Office
Excellent analytical skills with close attention to detail
Excellent communication and people skills used to drive self and teams to get tasks completed
Demonstrate organizational skills and ability to handle working within strict timelines
Ability to work in a highpaced environment, be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize, and prioritize work
Ability to effectively interact with all levels of business
Be a team player who shows commitment and dedication while maintaining a positive attitude and high level of performance on high profile/timesensitive initiatives
