They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts- Listening to students' academic, emotional, social, and behavioral concerns in an open and nonjudgemental way.
- Working directly with students to develop solutions and set achievable goals.
- Assist in Comparison.
- Followup and Feedback.
- Experience with counseling principles, techniques, and practices as applied to students' problems and developmental needs.
- Excellent active listening and communication skills.
- Provide Coaching Institute Information.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
