Commission-Based International Sales Executive (Accounting Outsourcing)


Are you a dynamic and results-driven sales professional with a passion for forging strong global client relationships? SimpliFintTech, a leading fintech company, is seeking a Commission-Based International Sales Executive to expand our reach in the realm of accounting outsourcing.


Responsibilities:


  • Identify and engage potential international clients seeking cuttingedge accounting outsourcing solutions.
  • Devise and implement effective sales strategies to exceed ambitious targets.
  • Foster enduring connections with key stakeholders within prospective client organizations.
  • Tailor customized solutions to meet the distinct accounting and financial needs of each client.
  • Keep pace with industry trends through meticulous market research.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to craft compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Lead negotiations, tackle objections, and successfully close deals while prioritizing client satisfaction.
  • Travel internationally to cultivate relationships, participate in conferences, and represent our brand.
  • Provide regular updates, sales forecasts, and market insights to our management team.

Qualifications:


  • Demonstrated success in international sales, ideally within the finance or accounting sector.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation proficiencies.
  • Strong grasp of accounting and financial processes.
  • Flourishing in a fastpaced, targetoriented environment.
  • Adept at building and nurturing relationships with international clientele.
  • Willingness to embark on frequent international travel for client engagements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (Master's preferred).
