Job Title:
Asst. Placement Officer

**Essential Qualification:
- **Full Time Graduate/Post Graduate from Reputed Institution/University.
Asst. Placement Officer should possess

  • Excellent communication skills (oral & written) and Interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create and build reciprocal relations with plastics and allied Industries, Manufacturing industries, PSUs, MNCs and other organizations.
  • Ability to work and keep calm under pressure.
  • Ability to facilitate Industry / Institute interaction
  • Positive attitude, proactive and optimistic nature.
Job Profiles and Responsibilities
To look after day-to day activities of placement.

  • To collect the requirements/Job Descriptions.
  • To have liaison with industries, Government and nonGovernment organization.
  • Share all the details of Job Description to students
  • Filter out students as per the job description
  • To arrange preplacement talk
  • To conduct the placement drive
  • To collect the selected students list.
  • To share the selected student list with drive attended students and higher authorities.
  • To arrange the guidance session of selected students for not selected and pre final year students.
  • To help the selected students for joining formalities.
  • To take the follow up from the students for joining.
  • To collect the company feedback from working students
  • Updating and maintaining students and placement databases for audits and accreditation purposes.
  • Coordinate the entire function of Campus placement, right from companies coming for placement drive till they finish the complete process of hiring which includes arranging Preplacement talk, followed by Group Discussion, Aptitude Test, Personal Interview and Final interview simultaneously coordinating with students for the same.
  • Collecting feedback from the corporates and recruiters coming for placement.
  • Monitoring the progress of placement throughout the academic year and maintain conversion placement records.
  • Managing the training and placement activities of students and supporting them.
  • Monitor HR database, placement coordinators, and recruitment and placement strategies and make efficient decisions on the same.
  • To arrange for skill development training such as soft skills, communication, interview skill, inter personal skill etc.,
  • To create data base on Alumni and their present position
  • To arrange for expert lectures by industry professional.
  • To collect feedback from industries coming for placement
  • To develop Management Information System (MIS) on placement of passed out students and to create data base of recruiting industries and organization.
  • Any other duties assigned by authorities relevant to student.

Salary:
₹27, ₹35,000.00 per month
