**- Monitors & organize the workflow of all process in entire shift

  • Multitec S1 450 ,& Multitec Ecosmart,galus, Lombardy, neel peter etc
  • Read and understand work order documents. Correctly identify requirements for production and follow all requirements.
  • Production approvals
  • Production entry & report making
  • Organize label runs based on priority in scheduling and label. Meet daily timelines and deadlines in support of production schedules.
  • Receive and reconcile the raw material from/into stock against production indent in system within 24 hours of receipt. Report discrepancies to the appropriate department.
  • Offer suggestions for improvement that will increase efficiency, maintain a 5S environment and reduce the risk of quality errors.
  • Ensuring that the team performs to agreed and measurable targets.
  • Ensuring that machines are operating to an optimum level against company set targets.
  • Ensuring compliance to all quality systems to prevent substandard products reaching the customer.
