Description

Responsibilities:

Gathering requirements for analysis, developing the analytical approach (which may include utilizing statistical models / algorithms), extracting, and analyzing data to create insights, and presenting the insights to stakeholders
Working with large and complex data sets (both internal and external data) for the purposes of analysis, leveraging relevant programming tools (e.g. SQL, SAS,R)
Developing indepth knowledge of Banking domains
Specialization in Marketing, Risk, Digital, Customer Experience

Qualifications:

2+ years of relevant analytics experience
Strong analytical ability and problem solving skills
Programming skills required for data extraction, analysis, and presentation
Working experience in a quantitative field (Business analysis, Statistics, Predictive Modeling)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be organized, detail oriented
Ability to build partnerships with crossfunctional teams
Adaptive to matrix work environment

Education:

Masters degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, MBA, Statistics, Economics
