Responsibilities:

Manage the endtoend shipment process, ensuring timely and accurate documentation for both import and export shipments.
Coordinate with carriers, shipping agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth cargo movement.
Stay updated on customs regulations and ensure compliance with import/export laws and regulations.
Prepare and submit required documentation to customs authorities
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing them with updates on the status of their shipments.
Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Negotiate freight rates with carriers and service providers to optimize costeffectiveness for clients and the company.
Determine the most efficient and costeffective routes for shipments.
Work closely with carriers to secure suitable transportation options.
Utilize tracking systems to monitor the progress of shipments and provide realtime updates to clients.
Proactively identify potential issues and implement solutions to ensure smooth cargo movement.
Address and resolve any challenges or delays that may arise during the shipping process.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, including bills of lading, invoices, and other relevant documentation.
Ensure all documentation is in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Freight Forwarder or in a similar logistics role.
Indepth knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and documentation.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Proficient in relevant software and tracking systems.
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).

**Salary

Salary:
₹30, ₹90,000.00 per month
