Property Maintenance Supervisor| Koramangala | 2-3 years

We are looking for a bright, well-spoken, well organized, hardworking go-getter looking for exponential career growth in a short span of time.

You will be responsible managing properties across various locations in Bangalore.

You will be responsible for Inventory checks at the properties, handling tenant move-ins and exits, as well as maintenance works at the properties including vendor management.

Responsibilities and Duties


Your responsibilities would include:

  • Inventory management
  • Managing tenant moveins and exits.
  • Managing Maintenance vendors
  • Getting quotations approved from owners & tenants respectively.
  • Managing a team of field executives

Requirements:

At least 2 years of Property Management experience.

Pleasant personality, confident and very well-spoken individual. Good written and spoken communication.

Extremely bright and hardworking go-getter looking for exponential career growth in a short span of time.

Very well organized

A dedicated and hardworking individual with a passion and commitment to succeed, and attention to detail.

Experience in Real estate

Must know the local language

Qualifications and Skills

Any graduate or postgraduate with at least 2 years of similar experience.
