Roles & Responsibilities:

Ability to read drawings and interpret engineering specifications
Follow standardized procedures and instructions for inprocess and final inspections across a wide variety of customized parts with very close tolerances and specifications.
Determine the method of inspection and set up requirements on the first article parts.
Maintain all the instruments and gauges in good condition with timely calibration.
Inspects Raw materials/Castings/Forgings for suitability for machining.
Maintain required records and prepares all paperwork relating to inspection.
Good knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 documentation and requirements.
Good communication, math skills, and attention to detail.
Customer audit, and compliance should be handled according to customer needs and handle Customers in terms of Quality.
Plan for systemic improvements based on business performance results & customer expectations.
