Responsible for:
- A team player with an experience in managing a team of business development.
- Driving the sales performance through ecommerce platform
- Set target for Sales & Improve Sales
- Managing and executing promotional campaigns
- Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps
- Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments
- Working closely with warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sellthrough and offer code performance
- Setting goals for the business development team for business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Regular reviews with team members.
