LOB: BIRD Electric Vehicle Process for US

Position:
Customer Support Executive

Location:
Phase IV, Udyog Vihar, Sector 18, Gurgaon

Salary:
Upto 29,000 CTC

Shift: 24/7, Majority Night Shift as per US hours / 5 Days working

Hiring Model:

WFO

Skillset:

Communication should be Excellent like B2 or C1 US English both Verbal and Written

Typing Speed: 35 WPM, 90%

Qualification:
Graduation

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service to BIRD Electric Vehicle Process customers in the US
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience

Requirements:

Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
