Roles & Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to create dynamic job descriptions and understand the skills and abilities required for the roles
Experience utilizing Boolean search strings across multiple channels and passionate about creative sourcing.
Identify and engage with both passive and active talent through use of Boolean, LinkedIn, Social Media, and creative search techniques.
Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
Responsible for organization mapping, new joiners mapping & mapping the skills v/s. target companies.
Ensure to complete the selection and hiring process on time
Realtime applicant tracking system data management
Proactively initiate recruiting trends enabling recruiting effectiveness
